Profile
Dr Clare Wood is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Swansea University. She is also the Civil Engineering Programmes Director, responsible for the management of a suite of accredited undergraduate and postgraduate degree schemes.
She has extensive experience in research and is an expert in computational methods for engineering and experimental investigations of sustainable conctruction materials and methods, cementitious materials and concrete products.
She currently leads a number of industry-collaborative research projects along materials, sustainability and biodiversity themes and is lead supervisor for postgraduate research on these themes.
